Double Room in Lovely Home

Hey!

This is a three-bedroom house, and it’s mine and Nathaly's home, filled with plants and books. I have lived here for four years Nathaly a year and a half.

Practical things about the room & house:
The room is currently partially furnished with a built-in wardrobe, large leaning mirror and smaller cupboard and some large draws which can all be moved out. The room does not currently have a bed but I'm happy to buy a bed. It'll be 2 of you for about 90% of the time.

Large attic space for suitcases, bigger stuff, etc.
Bike storage (outside) downstairs - not the easiest to access.
On the floor plan, the room is Bedroom 3; Bedroom 2 is the room available, my room is on the second floor (loft conversion)
Dimensions of the room : 3.51 x 2.79

Ideal housemate would be:
Vegan/vegetarian (this would be a huge bonus as we are both vegan but not a deal breaker!)
Warm and friendly
Respectful, considerate, and kind
Clean— I like a home to feel lived in (not a show home kind of person). We value it being a clean space.

A bit about m and Nathaly:
I work in theatre, and Nathaly works in music. I'm going on tour until 2026, I have two of the three bedrooms rooms and I'm converting my dressing room into a third bedroom. My rehearsal schedule is quite demanding at the moment so I can do viewings in the evening and Sunday. I’ll be touring full-time away from home, with occasional weekends back home and a three-week period in August when I’m back in London. Me and Nathaly really value a peaceful, restorative household, our house is a calm and quiet place to be. I love running, cooking, going to the gym, and eating Percy Pigs on the sofa (when I'm back)

Location:
3-4 min walk from Plaistow, depending on how much of a rush you’re in!
10 min bus ride (buses come often) from Stratford Station and Westfield, which has literally everything you could ever need.
3 min walk to Co-op & The Gym.
1 min walk to post office, nail salon, dry cleaner.
Band B council tax.
8-10 min walk to West Ham Park, which is a pretty big park.
