Female Only Single Room In Canning Town For Rent

We are looking for a female flatmate to join us in this peaceful and super well-kept terrace house in Canning Town.

About us and the vibes of the house:
We are 3 women, from the UK, Hong Kong and Greece, in our 30s and working in the healthcare and NGO sectors. We have our own lives and hobbies, like going to the gym, playing badminton, gardening, reading etc. We all have our own lives, very independent but friendly and respectful of each other. The house is **99% of the time super quiet and super clean, each of us does our part to maintain that weekly.**

We rarely have visitors or friends to come over, because there's **only one bathroom and one kitchen** to share among the 4 of us, but we welcome our flatmates to invite a friend or 2 here occasionally. There is a small garden and living room to chill though. It's a very chill and cute house to live in, if I'm honest.

Rent & Bills:
The rent listed is an average of how much we pay monthly. It includes wifi, water & electricity, council tax & household cleaning products. I will explain when you come to viewing.

Eligibility:
- Female
- 30+ years old
- Preferably working professionals, but we might consider students
- Happy to pay a month's rent as a deposit

**Reply policy: I will respond within 48 hours if we find you may be a compatible flatmate with us. We will arrange viewings from then. It's best if you can leave us your availabilities of around 18th of January till the 1st of February.
