I’m looking for a flatmate to take the en-suite room available from 15 June 2024 in a 2-bedroom apartment in Zone 3, next to Plaistow station.

- Someone who is willing to keep the place neat and tidy (non-negotiable)
Rent is GBP 1500 per month, which includes all bills and utilities (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and internet). The flat is fully furnished and in very good condition, with bike storage available. It’s a 1-minute walk from Plaistow station (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and a 20-minute walk from Stratford station.
A bit about me: I work in tech and am from Delhi. I go to the office three times a week.
The flat includes a furnished kitchen, a 50-inch TV, and a washing and drying machine. There is also a concierge service.
