Female flatmate required

I am looking for a flatmate to take up the en-suite room in a new 2-bedroom apartment in the Plaistow area, E13 0FA.
The appartment is adjacent to Plaistow station and at a stone throw distance from bus station as well.15 mins walk from Stratford station and Westfield mall.
The flat is fully furnished in a new building with concierge & bike storage. The gym is just outside the appartment (chargeable though concessional as it’s a new setup)

Rent is 1350 per month for singles, including all bills, and 1450 for couples, also including all bills.

New flatmate preferences:
- Female
- Vegetarian or vegan
- Working professional
- Willing to keep the place neat and tidy (non-negotiable)

A little bit about me: I work in tech and am from Delhi. I go to the office three times a week.
