We have a large double room available in our new built house and we’re excited to find someone friendly to join us!

The room is spacious and bright (it has 2 large windows), perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s furnished with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. You’ll be sharing a clean and modern bathroom with just one other housemate.

Our house is newly built and comes with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, making cooking and clean-up a breeze.

The living room comes with a large dining table, a comfy sofa, and a modern and large tv to watch netflix, disney + ...
We also have a charming patio where you can enjoy unwind in the evenings or have a barbecue during sumer.

The house is conveniently located near Plaistow and Upton Park stations (District Line and Hammersmith Line), just a 10-13 minute walk away, making it easy to get to the city. West Ham station is only one stop away, providing access to the Jubilee and DLR lines. Moreover, there are bus stops to get to Stratford just 9 minutes away from the house. Everything you need is just a short walk away!

We are young professionals who tend to work from home 2-3 days a week. We are friendly and easy going. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
