Double bed in a new build to rent

My flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so looking for a replacement to join us. We have another 3 months on the contract but there is opportunity to negotiate and extend if we wish. On the district and Hammersmith line with links to the city and Canary Wharf. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The flat comes with a huge balcony (the photo doesn’t show all of it!) and gym, and will be sharing with two professionals working in the financial and consulting space.
