Term: This is a short term tenancy available from Tues 1st Oct until Sat 15th March.
I am the homeowner and will be moving away for a period of time, therefore, am looking to rent out my house while I'm away.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone for the entire time, but I will also consider shorter terms with a minimum of 3 months.

Tenant requirements: I am looking for clean, respectful, tidy and responsible people who will look after my home as this is my primary residence and I will be moving back in once the tenancy is finished.
Ideally professionals with regular income streams.

Previous applicants pulled out after accepting the offer, therefore, I will ask for an immediate holding deposit before requesting references.

House DescriptionThis Victorian terraced house 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house in a great location.

This Victorian house built in 1895 will be entirely yours during the tenancy. It's perfectly suitable for a couple with an easy commute into East and Central London, and have somewhere quiet and spacious to relax in the evenings. There is a garden, but it hasn't been deweeded for a while, so is not really usable, however, the tenant is welcome to clean it up themselves if they would like to make use of the space.

Gas and Electricity included. (Smart thermostat controls the temperature throughout the day to a comfortable level).
Council Tax included.
Water bill included.
WiFi: There is a 150MB upload/download connection from Community Fibre with a strong signal throughout the house.

Parking: Permits are required Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm. Outside of these hours it's free to park on the street outside the house. It is not possible to provide a permit.

There is also an excellent WFH setup which includes a digital standing desk with a 32" curved 4K Dell monitor, 2K webcam, wireless keyboard and mouse, a laptop stand, all connected via a USB C dock supplied by a 65W power. So you can plug in your laptop and use everything immediately.

Available to move in from 1st October 2024, this property benefits from garden access. Property is offered furnished with double bed.
