This Victorian terraced house 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house in a great location. 12 mins walk to Canning Town Station, and 9 mins walk to Star Lane DLR.
This Victorian house built in 1895 is very cosy. It's perfectly suitable for a professional with an easy commute into East and Central London, and have somewhere quiet and spacious to relax in the evenings.
Utilities
Gas and Electricity included. (Smart thermostat controls the temperature throughout the day to a comfortable level).
Council Tax included.
Water bill included.
WiFi: There is a 150MB upload/download connection from Community Fibre with a strong signal throughout the house.
Parking: Permits are required Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm. Outside of these hours it's free to park on the street outside the house. I can apply for a car permit, but you will need to pay for the cost yourself, approximately £15/month.
There is a desk and chair in the room, and I have a spare monitor if required for working.
Bills included: Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Broadband, Water.
