East London sublet in a large bedroom

Hi,

I am subletting my room in East London from 27/11 - mid December (end date negotiable). The monthly rent will be calculated pro-rata based on the nights stayed. All bills included except electricity which will also be added pro-rata.

The property is a clean, cosy, recently renovated 3-bed townhouse. The bedroom is on the top floor, nice and big, and gets natural light all day. The room will come fully furnished. There is even a TV in the bedhead for cozy winter nights!

The house has a large kitchen, shared lounge, and decent bathroom, and a nice patio out the back. The landlord is incredibly lovely.

Current flatmates are a man from Quebec who works as a teaching assistant, and a female graduate from Canada. We also have a lovely cat named Nube who rules the roost, so you must get on with her. Everyone is very kind and gets on with their lives but we do enjoy popping to the pub for the odd pint.
