3-6mnth (bills included) Canning Town/Plaistow

I am going to be away working out of the city temporarily and will be entrusting my lovely treasured 1 bed flat to a trustworthy, non smoking single professional or couple.

The flat is available for 6 months (from 5th Jan- 5th July 2025) (Dates are slightly flexible) I will also consider 3months minimum for an extra £100 a month. All bills and council tax are included.

My East London flat is based in Plaistow/Canning Town, Zone 3/2.
It is a 10-15min walk to Canning Town Tube station, where you can then be in central London in 15mins.
Or a 6min bus ride will take you to Custom House (Elizabeth line)

The apartment itself is located on a quiet residential road (off Barking road E13/E16) although a two minute walk will bring you to a host of supermarkets, bank, restaurants, take-away's, cafes, churches and shops. Transport is excellent and this is the perfect location to experience London.

The flat is tastefully decorated, fully furnished double bedroom, separate living room complete with flat screen, kitchen, Wi-Fi, Microwave, 3-seater sofabed and the likes.

Parking: free on street parking after 10am mon-fri (free on the weekends) I can arrange a permit for an additional cost.

The Rules:

-I am interested in extremely clean people who will treat my home with respect and pay on time, so please let me know a bit about yourself, how many of you and what you do etc.

- An £850 refundable deposit will be required no matter what your offer is. Any damage to the flat or excessive cleaning needed to be done on my return will come from the deposit.

-NO SMOKERS AT ALL. Even if you promise to smoke outside (yes it is a prejudice) If I discover you are a smoker, you will be asked to leave and any signs of smoking will come out of your deposit.

-You will need to pay the part of the deposit to secure the flat and the remainder of the deposit/ first months rental amount upon arrival.
