2 double rooms on ground floor and you will share the bathroom and kitchen with eachother.
I have my own bathroom and kitchen on the upper floor so it's almost a private flat for 2 people to share. There is also a lounge room and garden.
All bills included except electric so we all will contribute towards that.
Ideal set up for a couple of people who are looking for their own flat as we will only be sharing the entrance. Looking for responsible people who will upkeep their living space to a good standard. I am sociable and welcome all walks of life with no prejudice of any nature.
