It has underfloor heating, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Residents also have access to a gym and concierge service for parcels. The building is part of a secure development with on-site security and basement parking, offering a safe and peaceful living environment.
Rent & bills:
* Rent: £1,010 – £1,185 per month depending on the room. Option to occupy the biggest room with an en-suite
* Bills: around £150 per person per month (for council tax, electricity, heating, and internet)
* Water: billed separately twice a year
* Minimum income required: 30× your share of the rent. So at least £30,300 annually
