I’m moving out of this beautiful, bright, and modern flat in East London, and we’re looking for two women to join my flatmate, who will be staying in the property from November 20th for a new 12-month tenancy. She’s 25, a working professional, and usually works from the office most days during the week.

About the flat:
Located on the 9th floor, the flat comes fully furnished and features 4 balconies with stunning views of The O2, Canary Wharf, and The Shard. It has underfloor heating, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Residents also have access to a gym and concierge service for parcels. The building is part of a secure development with on-site security and basement parking, offering a safe and peaceful living environment.

Rent & bills:
* Rent: £1,010 – £1,185 per month depending on the room. Option to occupy the biggest room with an en-suite
* Bills: around £150 per person per month (for council tax, electricity, heating, and internet)
* Water: billed separately twice a year
* Minimum income required: 30× your share of the rent. So at least £30,300 annually
