The building is part of a secure development with on-site security and basement parking, offering a safe and peaceful living environment. The closest station is Upton Park. No pets allowed.

You will be living with 2 lovely girls, 26 and 28 who are both full-time working professionals and value a high standard of cleanliness and respect.

Rent & bills:
En-Suite Rent: £1150 per month
Bills: around £150 per person per month (for council tax, electricity, heating, and internet)
Water: billed separately twice a year
Deposit: £1250 per person
Minimum income required: 30× your share of the rent. So at least £34,500 annually
