ROOM:

The room is pretty snug but has room for a small double bed and wardrobe space. I’ve managed to really optimise the space and really enjoy how small and cosy it has felt. If you’d be interested in the bed mattress and wardrobe let me know and I’m happy to sort that out

HOUSE

You’ll be living in a an open plan 2 bedroom flat at the end of a cul-de-sac’d road. The living room and kitchen are open plan and has a real communal vibe and there are three windows in the living space making way for lots of light. There is a communal garden that my flatmates take pride in and grow all sorts of wonderful things. They also have a wormery for recycling all food waste into compost so big tick for those sustainability conscious. We also have a driveway for a car and our street has many available parking spaces that can be used with a permit.

ACCESSIBILITY

This is a ground floor flat with one small step to access the hallway. There are no stairs inside the flat.

HOUSE MATES

You’ll be sharing with Ash (33, they/them), Zeek (28, he/him) and their little cat Theo Sir Blackheart. One of them works in theatre at a children’s hospital and the other is a threatre facillitator for a Charity. Ash is an *incredible* cook and makes baked sourdough goods quite regularly and has the best American fridge in the world that I will miss dearly. They are also unreal at DIY things (they literally made a bench last week) and is happy to assist with all those needs. Zeek has a great sense of humour and always has a great story to tell working in theatre. We are all tenants; no live in landlord.

The new tenant must be trans inclusive, be great with cats and ideally value alone time as well as some social interaction. You will be a great fit if you share interests around films and D&D
