We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and peaceful new housemate to join our beautiful home in East London 😊

The room is a large double bedroom in a 3-bed house.

● Beautiful, spacious garden – perfect for summer days / BBQ / Parasol/ outdoor sofa, table and chairs🌞
● 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (so plenty of space for everyone and no morning queues!) All different shower patterns
● Room fully furnished (includes everything in the photos except for the bedding) + a large mirror and under bed storage (not seen in photos) ✨

● 11 mins to District & Hammersmith & City lines (Plaistow Station)
● 10 mins to Jubilee and DLR (Canning Town Station)
● 15 mins to the Elizabeth Line (Custom House Station)
● 20 mins to Stratford / Westfield
● Tesco express is 5 minute walk away and Iceland is 2 mins away

● Well connected but in a quiet and peaceful residential road

About us:
You’ll be living with 3 friendly professionals (2 guys, 25 & 30, and 1 girl, 33). We’re sociable and easy-going – happy to chat over dinner or a drink, but we also respect each other’s space. A very clean house with a ‘leave it how you found it’ policy that works great for us. In addition to this all communal spaces are cleaned weekly.

We also live with the cutest, cheekiest, and most loving cat in the world so being cat friendly is a must!
