📍 The Location: Tucked away on a quiet, friendly street in a safe neighbourhood, the house is just a 3–5 minute walk from Upton Park Tube (Zone 3). Liverpool Street is around 15 minutes and Oxford Circus around 25. Prefer cycling? You're right on the cycle superhighway (A11), and Stratford is a breezy 10-minute ride along the Greenway — a traffic-free, level cycle path. Several housemates already cycle and there's secure bike storage in the garden shed. 🚲

This stunning Edwardian home has been fully renovated from top to bottom, while retaining its original character and charm. Warm, welcoming, and well maintained.
Shared spaces include a cosy living room with a 42" TV and Sky TV (fully recordable), a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, and microwave, a bathroom upstairs, and a lovely back garden where current tenants are growing their own plants and vegetables 🌱. There's also a new washer/dryer and unlimited hot water via gas central heating.
On-street parking is available by permit.
💷 All Bills Included — No Surprises
Council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, and unlimited super-fast Sky fibre broadband plus Sky TV are all covered. What you see is what you pay.
