We are for single person to rent out our new 2 Bedroom apartment at London City Island. Great if you work within DLR/Jubilee Line or with the Canary Wharf/Central Line area this would be ideal. The room will be available from Sunday 3rd February to move into.

We both have very busy lifestyles and we are looking to add to our family and share our apartment with someone. We are looking for someone to rent the room long term.

The island is a great community to live with. City Airport just around the corner, with Cross Rail just the not far behind with swift access into Central London & Heathrow coming soon.

The Island is home to the English Ballet which we have an amazing view from the balcony. Amenities are great with the Island having it’s own Grocer & 24 hour Concierge with Sainsbury’s opening next year.

The building contains secure bicycle storage, literally is a huge bike park.

The room has a built in wardrobe with access to a Juliet balcony and access to the beautiful shared bathroom with a shower unit.
