Cozy Single Room

Cozy single room available near Bromley-by-Bow Station (Hammersmith & City and District lines). The room is managed by Barrons. I'm moving back home so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which expires in September. Barrons allows this transfer of tenancy if the new tenant provides all the documents requested.
The room will be available from the 14th of March, but I can leave a couple of days before if the new tenant prefers.
The rent is £628.33 and must be payed on the 17th of every month, and all the bills are included. It is necessary one month as deposit in advanced.
The apartment is just 7 minutes walking from the station and a Sainsbury's and 15 minutes walking from a big Tesco.
Since I am moving back home, I wil be leaving all my kitchen supplies that I won't be needing anymore which would may be helpful for thoae
