City Island room (en suite) & gym/pool access

Hi,

I am moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take master bedroom of my flat in London City Island (situated 1 min walk from Canning Town Tube).

The flat itself is brand new and open plan with all new appliances, wall-mounted tv, Sonos speakers etc. You'll also have access to the on site gym and pool which are a short walk from the building.

The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, en suit bathroom and standing desk.

My flatmate (male, 25, who occupies second bedroom and has own bathroom) is super chilled and works in banking so has quite long hours at the office mostly. He is very clean and we generally like to keep the place tidy.
