A 6-month lease is available to take over from the existing tenant who needs to vacate the property and break the lease for personal reasons. No deposit is required (subject to a credit check by the rental agency City Rooms).
Only £222 per week. (£888.33 per calendar month). You do not need to worry about paying council tax, water and internet. However, for electricity and gas, there is a cap for each property. Over usage will be shared equally by all rooms. The details of the cap: electricity and gas we have a monthly allowance of £60 this is an allowance for the whole property, and an £80 allowance in November, December, January and February.

This room is located on the top floor and has a private ensuite bathroom and is the biggest room in the house. Because of its proximity, you don’t have to worry about hearing the sounds of the other tenants on the stairs etc. You’d currently be sharing with a couple and another individual, all lovely people who are easy to get along with. There is also a nice garden.
Your room has a security code so you can feel confident that your things are safe.
You are able to create a new lease after December 13th if you would like to stay longer - just speak to the property management company (Cityrooms).
Please note this is for single occupancy they might charge more for double.
