This large King size en-suite bedroom Is located in a modern luxurious apartment in London City Island with on- site amenities such as two gyms, an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, two jacuzzis, steam and sauna rooms as well as a communal cinema room, communal study spaces and terraces and a bar on the island! We also have a 24 hour concierge.

We have a sainsburys on the island and Canning Town station is just across the bridge less than a 5 minute walk!.

We are currently two females living here aged 24 and 23.
I am a professional working in Economics and work from home 2 days a week. My flat mate is also a working professional and works in the office 5 days a week. Unfortunately our other flat mate is moving back home and we are looking to replace her from the 1st of May, although, the date is flexible and the new person can move in a few days after that.

We are ideally looking for a female flat mate who is friendly and clean. We like it quiet during the day if we’re studying/ working and generally enjoy having our own space but we are looking to socialise some evenings/ weekends.

Rent is paid monthly by the 14th of each month. You would be subletting from the old flatmate until the 14th of September 2024 which is when our current contract ends. We would ideally be looking to renew our contract so would prefer someone who is looking to stay long term but this is not a requirement- we are considering shorter term let’s at the moment. You would be paying for half of the room's deposit initially.

Our council tax band is G. On top of rent, our bills come up to approximately £170 per person pcm, including council tax.
