I'm looking for my replacement in a stunning 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in London City Island, E14. It's a stone's throw away from Canning Town station and features a 24-hour concierge, a gym, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a games room (pool, foosball, table tennis), and a huge lounge (which can definitely be used as a workspace). It also offers a jacuzzi, 2 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, and a Sainsbury's on-site. The development is called a 15-minute city in itself.

The apartment boasts three good-sized double bedrooms, high-spec fittings and furnishings (the bathrooms are AMAZING!), a designer kitchen with ample storage, and solid wood flooring throughout. We have an air fryer, an Xbox, a coffee machine, a projector, and similar amenities!

In terms of location, it's perfect for commuters to Canary Wharf and Central London. Canning Town (Jubilee, DLR) is just a 5-minute (0.2 miles) walk away. Canary Wharf takes 16 minutes, and Central London (Farringdon) takes 35 minutes door-to-door.

The tenancy begins on 6th August with a monthly rent of £1050, excluding bills (estimated to be £50-£70). There is a one-time payment of £100 for the items we got when we first moved in. Additionally, there is a table and chair available for extra. I strongly recommend viewing the website to get a taste of what the development looks like.

The available room has a double bed and shares a bathroom with one flatmate. Muz (27) and Konrad (25) both work at tech firms in the city. We are looking for like-minded people to do fun things together—basically, friends more than housemates.
