I'm Suryanka, a 26 y/o female and working professional. I'm looking for a female to share my cozy and well-located 2 bed flat near Canary Wharf from mid/end of May, ideal for someone looking for convenience and comfort.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and a shared bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. The living area is comfortable, complemented by a fully set-up modular kitchen, a utility room and storage units. The flat is well-ventilated, allowing ample sunlight, and offers heating in all the areas. Basic appliances like a washing machine, induction, and oven are provided, though there is no dishwasher.

The available room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, study table, and cupboard, and it is both well-lit and well-ventilated. The rent is £950 per month, with hot water and heating included. Council tax, WiFi, electricity, and water bills are not included which sums up to £120 approx/per person. The deposit is a month's rent i. e. £950.

The location is highly safe and convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Langdon Park DLR and just 10 minutes to Canary Wharf via tube, which offers access to the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. There are 3-4 bus stops within a 5-minute walk, and nearby amenities include an off-licence store right outside, as well as Tesco, Iceland, Spar, Boots, and an Idea Store within a 7-minute walk. Lidl is about 10-15 mins walk. There is a beautiful park about 5 mins walk with an open gym and cafe.

I'm a chill and easy going person that enjoys doing activities like cooking and watching movies together but also understanding and respectful of boundaries. I'm an organised, neat and tidy flatmate and this place has been home for me for 2.5 years now so I would appreciate sharing it with someone that treats it like home as well.
