Double bedroom available near Canary Wharf

Hi there. I'm a current flatmate, tentatively moving out by 15th April 2024. We're 3 Indian females and we need my replacement, preferably a female. The house comes with 1 ensuite bedroom and 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, which is big and clean.

This room is with the shared bathroom.

The house is fully furnished with a shared living room and a balcony (and a TV too!)

Bills come to around £200 a month, per individual.

We would love to have someone on board who's clean, friendly and respects space.

15 mins walk to Canning Town
5 mins bus ride to Canning town [309 bus stop right under the building]
30 mins walk to Canary Wharf
15 mins bus ride to Canary Wharf [D8 bus stop under the building]
Nisa Local store is at 7 mins walk
Many off licence grocery store at a minute's walk
Sainsbury Local at 1 min walk, under the building
