My 3 flatmates are moving out! Looking for 3 reliable, friendly female flatmates to replace them for the new 12 month contract starting 10th September. 🏠
🔥💡The bills are variable for gas and electricity as they are on a top up basis.
🛜Internet: £10.50 per month
💧Water: £14.28 per month
🏘️Council tax: £33.75 per month
📍We're located a 5min walk from Langdon Park DLR, 20 min walk from Bromley-by-Bow tube station - District and Hammersmith and City lines. Plenty of bus routes.
🏪 15 min walk from Lidl, along the canal
💷 To move in, it's 2 months rent + deposit (so essentially rent x3) this is September 2024 rent + August 2025 rent in advance + deposit.
🗓️ The tenancy is a one year contract, so please do not apply if you're looking for something shorter term.

I'm a recent dance grad, I'm quite friendly so would like to live with people that don't wanna just 'lodge' but make connections and support each other 💚 (obviously non intrusive).
I'm down for 🎥 nights or a shared meal 🍽️ from time to time and always happy to listen if you need to talk about something :)
I'm a lesbian and it's very important to me to live with allys or other LGBTQ. Please no men. I also speak Spanish if useful:)
