Hi, I am looking to let the second bedroom in my flat from October.
It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in E14, close to Langdon park station (6 minutes walk, DLR). It’s a 17 minute walk from Canary Wharf station with Jubilee, Elizabeth, and DLR train stations. You will have your private bathroom in the flat and share the living room and kitchen with me.
A bit about me. I am a Data Engineer working in Canary Wharf! I work 2-3 days from office and the rest from home. I travel quite often so you would have the place to yourself when I do. I do have occasional friends or family visit me over the weekends, otherwise it’s a quiet flat on the week days.
Rent is £975 per months with bills on top, or you can pay flat £1100 if you don’t want to worry about bills.
