Finding Roommates to share 2b2b at 10 GeorgeStreet, New Lease
Target Tenancy Period: September 2024- September 2025, 12 months tenancy (roughly, depending on Vertus's vacancy)
Most terms negotiable

[Me] About to start working in Liverpool Street, finance professionals, HKer; former visitor short-stayed at 10 George Street and impressed by the Vertus rental apartments. I am looking for 1 new roommate to rent the 2b2b together, as 1 new contract for a 2b2b apartment to share the costs (rent, council tax and bills). I would be either working at the office/going out/staying in my own room quietly. I rarely cook, party, bring my friends to visit, or occupy the common area. I would not bother you/ask you questions. You would have your boundaries and private space as if your private studio/1b1b. As long as you do not occupy my 1b1b space, you could invite your friends to visit/party if you prefer.

I am not the landlord, not the agent. I am your potential new flatmate.

[ExpectYou] Quiet after midnight, have good hygiene in the living room/common area, no smoking, no pets; you could have the living room area most of the time for the whole week. Please feel free to let me know your demands/concerns in advance and we can work on the solutions.

Prefer but not a must: finance bros/sis to pass the reference check (because my income is not enough to pass the reference check by myself to pay monthly rent).

[Convinent] 5min walk to Elizabeth Line, 25mins to Liverpool Street station; 5mins walk to AmazonFresh, supermarkets, Tiantian, and the Financial Centre (eg. HSBC, Barclay, JPM etc)

I am not the landlord or agent so please do not consult me for building-specific problems as I do not have the answers myself. I am here to find roommates to start a new lease together, not to sell a flat.
