Double En-Suite Room

Hi,

I am a young professional in my mid-20s and I will have a double room available from 13.08.2024 as unfortunately my friend is moving outside of London and I am looking for somebody to take over his tenancy. At present, I am working from home 3 days a week. In my free time I like travelling, going out and exploring new places (i. e., museums, restaurants, etc) as well as staying in and chilling at home.

I am looking for a tenant who is going to be clean, social and respectful.

The room being advertised does not have a bed, but apart from that the flat is fully furnished. The closest tube stations to the flat are Canary Wharf (both Jubilee and the Elizabeth Line) as well as the Mile End Station. The DLR (Westferry Station) is also nearby (approximately a 10-minute walk) and there are a number of buses (15, 115, 277, 309, 323, D3, D6, D7 5 min away).

With respect to the building, it is a non-smoking building, however smoking on the balcony is permitted. The building has a 24/7 concierge, bike storage and underground parking (parking can be arranged with the building management at an additional cost).

Bills breakdown:
Flat Insurance: GBP 7.5 per person per month
Broadband: GBP 20 per person per month (with Hyperoptic)
Electricity and Gas: Variable depending on the season. Approximately between GBP 40 per person in the summer months to GBP 130 per person in the winter.
Council tax band D.

References and credit checks will be handled via my lettings agency. Please note that this is zero-deposit letting, but the landlord may request that the new tenant signs up for Flatfair.
