URGENT - NEW FLATMATE NEEDED ASAP
Hello lovely people. We’ve had the rather unfortunate situation of being ghosted by a member of our group in the middle of the referencing process for a gorgeous 4 bed flat in E14, behind the old Victorian library (closest station Langdon Park DLR, easily gets you to Canary Wharf in 15 minutes or Stratford in 10 if you time it right, with Bromley-by-Bow (District, Hammersmith and City lines) also within walking distance).
The flat is ready to move in and we need to get through the process in a matter of days or the flat goes back on the market. the whole process needs to be done ASAP so please only message if you're able to commit very soon. Rent is £875PCM before bills, though 5G WiFi is included.
Our lovely queer household consists of:
Nik, 29, from Cyprus, works as a corporate receptionist.

And yours truly, JP, 30 from California, working as a conductor for various opera companies and symphony orchestras in the UK and abroad.
