THE HOUSE

Our current flatmate is getting married and moving out so we are currently looking someone to replace her in our 3 bed house in East London.

The room comes unfurnished but it is big enough for a queen/king size bed (the bed in the picture is king), desk, and more. The built in closet is bigger than it looks and very spacious inside.

The house has 1 full bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. We do have a large living room and a separate kitchen. The garden also has a a BBQ for summer days.

The bills are not included and usually are around £125 per month. Move in date is the end of October, if nedeed to move in earlier it can be discussed.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES

We are 2 friends in our 30's Gordon and Ludmila. We have been in this house for the past year and we absolutely love the area and neighbourhood.

I am into running and healthy eating and living, I even have a running club with people who live localy. Gordon is a very active person who loves to cycle and play football. We often watch TV shows or films together when we are all home. We are Christians and do go to church together on Sunday mornings. We also love having game nights and BBQs out in the garden when the weather allows.
