Room For couples | gym pool spa | East London

We are a British couple (27) seeking another couple or single person to move into our flat share as our friends (another couple) are moving out.

The room is on London city island - 4 minute walk away from Canning Town station (jubilee line, DLR, buses), and includes amazing amenities like outdoor heated swimming pool, 2x spas, indoor pool, 2x gyms, gym classes, cinema, tennis courts , ping pong, co working spaces. Basically never have to leave the island haha!

The room is a double room and includes bed, bedside tables, in built wardrobes. The bedroom also comes with a private main bathroom (includes a bath).

We are looking for likeminded flatmates who are very clean/tidy and like to be social, but also appreciate having their own space. We work in banking and marketing and are social and into our fitness. It’s important we find people that feel comfortable living in a shared space and being sociable. Seeking professionals who are either in the office or hybrid.

We have Sainsbury’s opposite our building and then a huge Morrisons an 8 minute walk away.

Current housemates are searching for new home closer to job so the move in date is flexible from 10th November - January whenever works for you! Price doesn’t include bills. The tenancy finishes 10th August but if goes well we’d be open to extending. Only extra fee is a one off £60 to gain access to all the amenities above.
