Flat mates

- 1 male and 1 female who are in their late 20s both of whom are very clean, quiet, friendly professionals who do hybrid working. You'll be either a working professional or post-grad student.

What's in the local area

- The flat is situated approx. halfway between Canary Wharf and Mile End (15-20 min walk in either direction) and there are multiple bus stops literally outside of the building with a DLR station (WestFerry) a 5-10 min walk.

- A Tesco Express and Lidl are 1 - 2 minutes away.

- A lot of nearby parks, an excellent pub (Star of the East), as well as coffee shops, pharmacies, etc.

Rent

- Rent is £1,2750pcm, deposit of £1,275. This includes internet, council tax, water, and electricity.
