- A nice living room/kitchen with sofas, dining table + chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might possibly need: kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washer/dryer etc.

- Use of a shared bathroom with the male tenant. The other tenant has her own ensuite bathroom.

- Large balcony overlooking the canal

- Other items also available i. e. vacuum, mop, etc.

- Friendly and helpful concierge downstairs Mon-Sat

Flat mates

- 1 male and 1 female who are in their late 20s both of whom are very clean, quiet, friendly professionals who do hybrid working. You'll be either a working professional or post-grad student.

What's in the local area

- The flat is situated approx. halfway between Canary Wharf and Mile End (15-20 min walk in either direction) and there are multiple bus stops literally outside of the building with a DLR station (WestFerry) a 5-10 min walk.

- A Tesco Express and Lidl are 1 - 2 minutes away.

- A lot of nearby parks, an excellent pub (Star of the East), as well as coffee shops, pharmacies, etc.

Rent & Length of stay

- Rent is £1,250 pcm, deposit of £1,250. This includes internet, council tax, water, and electricity.

This room wasn't originally available until the 18th Dec but the current tenant is leaving eariler so it's now free from the 4th Dec. Be in for Christmas/New Year or reserve it for a January move in date.
