Sadly I am moving abroad so i have my tendency takeover starting from 23 Nov to 22 Oct 2025. But You can do takeover too if u want🙌
Good things about the flat is BILLS INCLUDED including super fast 2 fiber wifi ( sadly not council tax which gonna be deducted from deposit)
So the rent is 866£+ 30£ a-month for the weekly cleaner.
“5 weeks deposit is required” ( cannot edit in the settings that’s why so Deposit is 1082.5£ )
The flat is shared with 1 couple(en-suite) and 2 girlies (single room) and 1 guy (single room) but we don’t have living room. Most of them are working professional and only 1 guy is a student.
My room is pretty spacious with natural light direct through the window.
It has a table so suitable for hybrid working too.
With Mirrored Closet and 2 bedside storage space.
🙌 You will be sharing the bathroom with 3 people
🙌 Nearest Saintbury is 2 mins walk only and 7mins walk to Nisa Local and Co-op too.
🙌 2 mins walk to Leven Road bus stop which will take to Canning Town Station with only 3-5mins and U can take Tube for Central London (Julibee and DLR) aprox 20-30mins
🙌 Not only that there is another DLR with 8mins walk and U can easily access to Canary Warf too.
🙌 Another advantage is there is a local shop which sells 5£ for 32eggs and 7.49£ only for vapes.
✨ Must go through the referencing and must earn over 25K or have UK based guarantor. (Required by the agency)
✨ 4-5weeks deposit is required by the agency and if you are international student you will be required to provide upfront payment, deposit and guarantor too (I know it’s tough right I gone through the same too)
✨ Can do in person or online viewing too. Dates can be arranged.
