Hi there! Looking for a 3 month sublet from February 15th - May 14th 2025. Available earlier if needed. Rent is £900pcm, this includes all bills and a weekly cleaner. Long-term contract also available.

The flat is a new build in really good condition with underfloor heating. There’s 4 bedrooms total. One has an en-suite, so you’ll be sharing the bathroom with 2 others. Everyone is really friendly, chill, tidy and easy to get on with.

It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Bromley-By-Bow station (Hammersmith and city / district line). That’s only one stop east to the Jubilee line or two stops west to the Central line. Devon’s Road and Langdon Road DLR are also just as close. It’s a short bus ride or lovely walk along the canal to Stratford Westfield. Hackney Wick just 10 mins away by bus.

There’s a corner shop nearby, a Sainsbury’s local and gym next to the station and a big Tescos 10-15 mins away.

Room comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair and mattress (3 years old). Bed frame and other furniture available for sale.
