Both rooms are fully furnished incl double bed and wardrobe. The flat is above arguably London’s most underrated bakery, has a gorg big balcony that looks over Bartlett park with Canary Wharf in the distance and is alongside the canal. It has a spacious shared living room/kitchen and 1 shared bathroom between the 2 available rooms.

V well connected and nearest tubes are Westferry - 10 mins, Canary Wharf - 15ish mins, Mile End - 20 mins.

Shops wise, there’s a Lidl and Tesco Express a short walk away and a big tesco just a bit further. Victoria Park is a ~15 min bus away. Hackney Wick and London Fields only 30 mins bus.

Bills excl and to be confirmed but we currently pay ~£110 p month.

Would be living with me (female, 26). I work for a climate tech startup and am in the office 2 days a week, WFH 3. Looking for chill, clean and easygoing housemates that want a homely feel but have our own space when needed.
