The Room:
•Fully furnished with plenty of space to relax & plenty storage, has a big table, the bathroom is en-suite and has plenty of storage space.
•Comes with access to a huge shared balcony overlooking the canal - perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding after work.
The Flat Setup:
• This is the en-suite, so you will have your own space and no sharing of bathrooms. Dining area, kitchen, balcony and living room is shared with 2 other tenants.
•The apartment is peaceful, ideal for someone who values a quiet and calm environment.
Flatmates
• 28, female, graphic designer works from home
•28, male, environmental engineer. He's easygoing and keeps to himself. Works from home.
We don’t occupy the living room to work from home as it gives everyone the space to use and relax in that area throughout the day. Both flatmates are very quite and keep to themselves, it’s is a very calm household and a you do you kinda situation 👍🏼
Landlord & Other Details:
•The landlord is a great guy - super flexible and always available to fix anything if needed. He was kind enough to get the apartment a Dyson when our hoover broke & replaced and got us a brand new fridge as well. Such a great guy - no dramas at all!
• He would prefer a long-term tenant, but serious inquiries only, please.
