Room:
Large double bedroom with wardrobe, x2 chest of drawers, x2 bedside table.

Flat:
Large corridor with washing machine room, boiler cupboard room with extra storage. Large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink which is shared with just x1 other flat mate. Spacious shared living/kitchen area with dishwasher, table and chairs, sofas and large glass door that opens onto large terrace. There is a shared garden out the back, underground private parking (chargeable) as well as road parking. Concierge on site to collect parcels if you’re out. Residents gym included in cost of rent. Council tax and bills are in addition and come to about £130.

Area:
Terrace looks out onto a park that has a coffee shop opposite. x2 convenience shops are just outside the flat as well as a barbers. Lidl and Tesco express are a 5 minute walk from the flat. Canary Wharf is a 15 minute walk from the flat, which has a cinema, fairgame, bars, restaurants, shopping centre, the Jubilee and Elizabeth line. There are x2 DLR stations 5 minute walk from the flat (Langdon park and westferry) and you’re in central within 8 minutes. Mile End is also only a 20 minute walk away.

Flatmates:
Josh, 28, medical writer into films, photography, gym. Stefan, 27, digital marketer into films, art, nightlife. This is a quiet, clean and tidy flat. Shared interests very welcome for potential to spend more social time together while equally respecting each others personal space.

Contract runs mid April - mid April and can be rolling if you wish to stay (we stayed for 2 years so far), however individual room contracts can be terminated early for £50 fee if you found someone to take your room.
