We’re looking for a friendly, responsible flatmate to join our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom (2 shower) flat. The room is a spacious double bedroom with lots of storage and would be ideal for a professional seeking a comfortable home close to Canary Wharf, with easy links to central London. I am flexible (slightly) with the moving in date.

About the Room:

- Furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. I've brought in extra wardrobes but can be removed if needed.
- A skylight, offering plenty of natural light, especially in the early hours of the day.
- Located on the top (3rd) floor.
- Shares a large bathroom with two other housemates which also has a recently remodelled floor and bath.

- A spacious 5-bedroom flat, about a 5-8 minute walk from Canary Wharf, Surrey Quays DLR station.
- Two living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a back garden.
- Bi-weekly cleaner comes and cleans the bathrooms, kitchen and other common areas.

- Bills (Wi-Fi, energy, council tax (tax band B), and water) are shared, totalling around £100-120/month.

Lease Details:

- The flat is on a 2-year lease but we're one year in (until October 2026).
- Reference checks will be required, so you’ll need to provide evidence of adequate income.

About Us:

You’ll be living with four professionals, ages 25-28, who are friendly, respectful, and enjoy socialising but also value personal space. We often have friends over, go out for drinks, or stay in to play video games. We occasionally host house parties, but once every 2ish months, nothing to worry about.
