The room comes with a king sized bed ,built in wardrobe and two side tables with lamps. The window faces the backside of National Ballet so lots of privacy 🙈
It’s a two bedroom flat with a balcony and lots of natural light. The flat comes with heating and air conditioning 😍
You will be sharing with a 26 years F, who works as a Healthcare consultant and works from home 5days per week.

About the Location:
The flat is located in the London City Island which has its own concierge, gym, pool, sauna and pilates/yoga classes😍.

There is a Sainsbury’s, the Lockdown room and an independent coffee shop on the Island .
The Island is very social with young professionals and lots of events/food trucks .

You will take over the contract from 27 April - can be negotiated for an earlier move in date.

Rent: 1175/month
Council tax - 85 per month
The rest of the bills come up according to use around 60-80 per person.

No pets
