Rent & Lease Term: £1,050 per month（Negotiable）. Available from June 30 to September 10.

Location: E14 7FP. An eight-minute walk from Westferry DLR station. You can also walk to the Elizabeth Line or Canary Wharf in about eight minutes. A bus stop is just two minutes away. Directly across the street is a large Lidl; Tesco is a thirty-second walk downstairs.

The Room: This is the second bedroom and the bathroom is right across the corridor. Furnishings include a desk, office chair, desk lamp, wardrobe, storage cabinet, and a stylish pendant light. You’re welcome to use all the furnitures—and you’ll love the floor-to-ceiling window and its open view.

The Building: The flat is on the fourth floor and gets plenty of sunshine. The concierge is very friendly, and parcels can be delivered straight to your door. Since the room faces the courtyard, it’s wonderfully quiet.

Current Flatmate: A female friend of mine, now recently graduated with her PhD. She keeps regular hours, quiet, and is very tidy. I’d prefer a female tenant as well.
