We have a bedroom available as our current flatmate is moving out. The room is not en suite, however it comes with its own independent bathroom.

Shared kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave etc. Rest of the appliances are owned by the other housemates and may not be subject to sharing.

Ideally looking for someone who's easygoing and neat.

Expenses have not been included in the monthly cost and vary based on usage. You can expect £120-150pm. Expenses are shared equally.

DLR Station (Langdon Park) is about a 5 min walk away, and there's a bus stop just outside the house. Stratford station and Canary Wharf are both 25 mins away.
