A cosy double room is becoming available in our welcoming 4-bed house share from 26th September. Rent is £800 per month excluding bills, which come to around £100-£110 each (including gas, electricity, water, council tax and WiFi).

You'll be living with three lovely housemates:
👨‍💼 Nikolas (30), James (33), and Cem (32) – all working professionals.
We’re a relaxed and respectful household. Not a party house, but we enjoy the occasional BBQ, movie night or dinner together. It’s a chilled and social environment with a strong sense of home.

About the room & house:

Cosy double room with desk included – perfect for working from home a few days a week (ideally we're looking for someone with a hybrid job, rather than fully remote)

Spacious open-plan kitchen and large, comfortable living room

Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two fridges, and plenty of storage space

Lovely communal garden area and friendly neighbours

Super responsive landlord – very quick to sort out any rare issues

What we’re looking for:
We're after someone clean and considerate who’s happy to do their bit – we have a simple system in place and it’s worked really well so far.
We also value a homely vibe – someone who sees this as more than just a room and is up for the occasional chat, meal or chill night in.
