The house
Cosy and well-looked after 3-storey house.
1 of the bedrooms, the kitchen and a toilet are on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one is the en-suite) and 1 bedroom and a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
We also have an attic, providing plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. You'll share the fridge with only 1 person.
No living room, but there's a big dining table in the kitchen.
1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with regular busses to Canary Wharf and Central London. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest DLR stations (Mudchute or Island Gardens).

Housemates
You'd be sharing with 3 females - all professionals, with a mixture of WFH and hybrid working.

Everyone's respectful, clean and friendly. We're not neat-freaks but cleanliness is very important - currently there's no cleaning rota but we clean up after ourselves and try to be proactive when it comes to chores. Existing housemates expect the same from the new person. We really value a peaceful environment and are mindful of noise levels. Generally, we're busy doing our own thing, but we also enjoy an occasional drink or meal together and like to chat in the kitchen when we bump into each other.

Other info
The cleaner comes every 2 weeks, the cost of which is not included in the rent.
We also split any expenses for cleaning products.
