My name is Jack, and I am moving out of this fantastic flat. I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite double room and contract from October 19th 2025.

The building itself is brand new, boasting a rooftop gym with panoramic views of the city. a designated workspace, and a cozy lounge. And for all the coffee lovers out there, there's an impressive coffee machine that's free to use.
Rent is set at £1,150 per month. Please budget an additional £140 monthly roughly for bills.
