My name is Jack, and I am moving out of this fantastic flat. I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite double room and contract from October 19th 2025.

You'll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate Rohan. He’s 24 years old and spends most of his days working from the office. He works in law in the city, is extremely tidy, fun and sociable.
Location-wise, it doesn't get much better. The flat is a stone's throw away from both Canary Wharf and Stratford with the DLR station being right outside the flat. Plus, you can reach Soho, shoreditch and Hackney in just about 25-30 minutes.
The building itself is brand new, boasting a rooftop gym with panoramic views of the city. a designated workspace, and a cozy lounge. And for all the coffee lovers out there, there's an impressive coffee machine that's free to use.
Rent is set at £1,150 per month. Please budget an additional £140 monthly roughly for bills.
