East London canal side flat with 1 other female

Hiya! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share with me as my current flatmate is moving on to pastures new. It’s a double room in a modern 2nd floor flat looking out onto the Limehouse cut. The Elizabeth line is about a 15 minute walk from the flat or Westferry DLR is about 8 mins.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s plenty of space for more furniture, including a desk and chair if you do any days at home. The flat has a shared bathroom, balcony, which is perfect for people watching along the canal in the summer and good sized shared living room with 2 sofas as well as generous communal storage areas.

There are a few pubs within 10 minutes walking distance. Also on the doorstep is Bartlett park for a dose of greenery which has recently been updated and Mile End park is just around the corner. Canary Wharf is a 15 minute walk away if you’re looking for a cocktail and a Zara shop.

You’d be sharing with me (Beth) who works in the city and works Fridays from home. Im into exploring London, nights out with the girls, cooking and trips to the pub. I spend quite a few weekends back at home in Gloucestershire so you’ll have some time to yourself too.

I’m looking for another girl who brings the right chemistry to the flat – someone around my age (28-38) sociable, who’s up for hanging out a bit in the week, watching TV, cracking open a bottle of wine & getting a takeaway. It’s been a happy flat so far and I’d like to maintain that energy. Ideally not WFH full time. If you think you’d be a good fit, drop me a message with a bit about yourself.
