10 minutes’ walk to both Canning Town (Jubilee line) and East India (DLR) stations
Quick links: 15 mins to Bank, 10 mins to London Bridge, 1 stop to North Greenwich for the O2
Bus to Canary Wharf takes around 10 minutes
Very safe area with 24/7 security and concierge – always well lit and feel secure when walking home
The flat:
Spacious 3-bed, 2-bath apartment (1168 sq ft)
Large open-plan south facing living room, dining and kitchen area with modern appliances
Direct views of the O2 and River Thames from every bedroom and the living room
Views of Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge, Shard and Stratford from the dining and living space
Access to a residents’ gym, swimming pool, and spa facilities a short walk away and a quiet top-floor communal workspace within the building. You’ll also have access to several other communal workspaces across London City Island, but the one in our building is exclusive to residents here. There’s also a small cinema on the island that shows films most days for free.

Basement parking available (£20 per 24 hours – parking space not included with flat)

Additional items (shoe rack, TV stand, shelves) can be bought from the outgoing tenant
Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two friendly, professional women – one a game developer and the other a civil engineer.
They’re sociable but busy, happy to chat and hang out but also value their own time.
Both are clean and considerate and would like someone who’s equally tidy and helps keep the communal areas clean.
They both work hybridly, so would prefer someone who also goes into the office a few days a week or uses the building’s communal workspace, which is peaceful and rarely busy.
Both have partners who visit occasionally and are happy if the new flatmate’s partner visits too, as long as it’s considerate of shared space.
Rent and tenancy details:
Rent: £1,200 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: usually just under £150 per month
Move-in date: 1st of January (earlier move-in can be discussed)
Tenancy length: up until and including 04/09/26 (when the overall tenancy ends)

This flat is genuinely amazing – I absolutely love living here. The only reason I’m leaving is because I’m going travelling.
