The room available is the small bedroom which is fully furnished with shared bathroom (with one other flatmate). You will be sharing the place with 2 other young female professionals from Malaysia.

I am subletting because I'm going away for fieldwork the whole year. The period available is January 2026 to October 2026 when the tenancy is up for renewal. The landlord allows for a long sublet, and if you really like the place you can also continue with the current flatmates. A minimum of 6 months sublet is preferred and it is available from January 2026 onwards.
