Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bed apartment that I’ve happily lived in for over 2 years since moving to London.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with its own private bathroom. The flat is shared with just one other person, Niccolò (28), who has his own en-suite. He works in finance and is a chill, easy-going guy who’s respectful of each other’s space.

Rent: £875 per month (bills excluded, approx. £150 pp/month)
Move-in: End of February

The apartment is very bright and has a large living room plus a balcony with amazing views of both the City and Canary Wharf, definitely one of the highlights of the flat.

Great location:
- Langdon Park DLR literally right in front of the building
- 10 mins to Canary Wharf
- 25 mins to Liverpool Street
- lots of parks in the area
