We are on the lookout to replace our flatmate who’s moving out with their partner. The room is officially available 1 June, but it may be possible to move in by mid-late May.

- You can choose between 1 of 2 rooms available (prices below)
- Access to 2x gyms, sauna, steam room, 2x pools (one indoor, one outdoor), 24/7 concierge, and post room.
- Local Sainsbury 5min walk & Morrison/Lidl 10min walk away
- Jubilee/DLR are 5-10min walk away. Get to Central London door to door in 30mins, Stratford in 20mins, and Canary Wharf in 15mins
🤴🏽/👸🏼 About You
- We’re looking for a working professional (male or female) that is clean, respectful, and just overall a great vibe. It a homely flat and we’d love to find someone that’ll fit right in.
- No couples or students (sorry)
👨🎨 Flatmates
- You’ll be joining Heath (kiwi/brit) and Lach (Aussie). We are both working professionals.
- We both live fairly busy/independent lives with work, gym etc. but have a ton of shared interests. Typically spend our spare time watching football, films/shows, or knocking back a few pints after a long week.
- We both work hybrid (roughy 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).
💻 Admin Stuff
- The larger room (carpet) is £1250pcm and the smaller room (hardwood) is £1100pcm.
- All bills included
- It’ll be a rolling 2 month contract in line with the new rental laws, but we are looking for someone who’d like to stay on long term
- Council Tax Band: G
