We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our 3 bed, 2 bath flat in a modern development on London City Island.

The room comes furnished and has access to a private bathroom (shared with just one other person). The flat is spacious, with a bright open-plan living area and a balcony. The room has a great view and catches the best sunsets (check the photos for one we took)!

The development has excellent facilities including a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cinema room, rooftop terrace, as well as a 5-a-side football pitch and tennis court. Transport links are strong, with easy access to Canary Wharf and nearby stations.

Move-in date: 1 May or 1 June
Bills: Around £200/month

A bit about us:
You’ll be living with two 27-year-old professionals, one working as a lawyer and the other as a consultant. We’re both tidy, easygoing. It’s a comfortable, well-kept flat and we’re looking for someone similar who’s clean and easy to live with. Feel free to message with a bit about yourself if you’re interested!
