Hi! I'm looking for two new housemates to join me in my flat starting this June.
The apartment is currently getting a makeover with new flooring throughout and brand-new furniture (so current photos are slightly outdated - old furniture is going in the bin). It’s a spacious 4th-floor spot with modern appliances and a large south-facing balcony, so plenty of sun and space.
The Rooms: Two bright double bedrooms, fully furnished.
Bathrooms: Shared large, modern bathroom with just one other person (I have the ensuite)
The Flat: The flat is warm year round with an EPC rating of B (87) and double-glazed windows. The kitchen is a high-spec smart design kitchen with integrated appliances and the flat has fibre-optic broadband ready to go included in the rent.

I’m a 27 year old professional working in tech. I’m pretty active - training for the Chicago Marathon this October and playing tag rugby - so I’m out and about quite a bit. I'm a big fan of travelling and enjoy socializing. woth my mates, but can appreciate chilling at home too. I’m looking for professionals (mid-20s to 30s) who are clean and respectful of the space, but who ideally want to make the most of it and enjoy spending time in the flat. Few drinks in the sun or the occasional activity together would be great

Transport: 5-min walk to Canning Town (Jubilee/DLR). 10 mins to Canary Wharf, 25 to Central. Easy transfers to London City Airport (~20 mins) or London Gatwick (~1 hour)
Nearby attractions: Westfield Stratford (10 mins), The O2 Arena (10 mins, can see it from the balcony), National Ballet Hall (5 min walk, on the island)
Timeline: Viewings start May 17th. Move-in from June 1st.
