I’m looking for two female flatmates to share a lovely home in East London (E14, Canning Town – City Island). Long-term tenants from September are preferred.

Location: London City Island, E14
Transport: About a 6-minute walk to the Jubilee Line. Around 20 minutes to Green Park, two stops to Canary Wharf or Stratford, and DLR access is also available.

Flat details:
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms (the ensuite bedroom is already occupied)
You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 flatmate
Bright with good natural light and an open-plan kitchen
Spacious living room for common area
Washing machine is less than one year old

Facilities:
The island has everything you need, including Sainsbury’s, cafés, restaurants, and bars
Residents have access to two gyms with swimming pools and spa facilities, a cinema, weight training and yoga studios, and a small tennis court
Just across the island, there are large supermarkets including Morrisons and Tian Tian Asian supermarket
The community here is very pleasant and safe

Tenancy: Starting from late September 2026, ideally for a one-year lease
Rent: Approximately £1,100 per room (around £1,300 per month including bills)

Working professional female who works outside during weekdays
Easygoing, straightforward, and very clean

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and it’s honestly been a wonderful place to stay.
My two current flatmates are moving out for personal reasons, but I truly love living here. It’s especially safe and comfortable for women even when I coming home late at night.
